Going from Vegan to Lacto-Ovo

Not because it’s hard, because it isn’t. It is because I realize that It’s not going to work the way I do it until I can get to do it on my own. I eat out of cans. Not fresh, which is what actually appealed to me about it. Nope. Haven’t been able to get my hands on fresh produce in weeks. In fact, the last time I went to the store, with my mom, it took a total of 15 minutes (half of which was spent in the bakery section). I was never in sight of the produce section. Not once. The canned section, the frozen section (for beer), but never the produce. Also, the lack of variety was a tad disheartening. I’ve been living on cans of triple succotash with rice and then beans on toast. Two meals, two months. Worry not, the hemp seed and nutritional yeast will not be going to waste, as I intend to use them and then wait until I am out of the house to pick it back up.
